2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Shipping Timeline
Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner serviceability.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Partners
We ship orders through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post. The choice of courier partner is at our sole discretion.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is approved due to our error.
6. Delivery Address
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.
We shall not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery of the order will be considered complete once the courier partner marks the shipment as delivered. You may receive tracking details via SMS/email once the order is dispatched.
8. Delays in Delivery
AYURNAD NATURALS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for delays caused by:
- Courier company issues
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Strikes or unforeseen logistical disruptions
9. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
10. Undelivered / Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
11. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India unless otherwise specified.
