2. Return / Exchange Window

We offer return or exchange requests within 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since delivery, you will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

3. Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories (if any).
  • Items purchased during a sale/discount may not be eligible for return/exchange unless received damaged or defective.
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only after verification/inspection by our team.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain categories of products may be exempted from returns or exchanges for hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons. Such items will be clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

5. Reasons We Accept Returns

Return or exchange requests may be approved for:

  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items/parts (if applicable)

6. How to Request a Return / Exchange

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ayurnad.com or via WhatsApp/call.
  2. Share the Order ID and clear photos/videos of the issue.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.

7. Return Pickup / Shipping

If your return is approved, we will share return pickup instructions. In some locations, pickup may not be available, and you may need to self-ship the item as per our instructions.

If the return is approved due to our error (wrong/defective/damaged item), return shipping costs may be covered by us. In other cases, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

8. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, we will initiate an exchange or refund as per our Refund Policy.

If the returned product is found used, damaged due to misuse, or missing original packaging/accessories, the return may be rejected and the item may be sent back to you.

9. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be processed as per the Refund Policy.
