2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Product received is defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product significantly different from description

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
  • Minor variations in packaging/design
  • Products used, opened, or damaged by customer
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@ayurnad.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear images/videos of the product
    • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, return instructions (if applicable) will be shared.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original mode of payment.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer after collecting required bank details.

6. Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Cancellation by Company

AYURNAD NATURALS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Pricing errors
  • Stock unavailability
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Regulatory restrictions

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

8. Refund Rejections

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery
  • Product is returned in used condition
  • Product is returned without original packaging
  • Damage is caused due to misuse
